wp-block-paragraph\">Em 2023, foram publicadas pelo governo brasileiro leis visando a garantia de igualdade salarial entre mulheres e homens (Lei n\u00ba 14.611\/2023, Decreto <strong>n\u00ba<\/strong> 11.795\/2023 e <strong>Portaria n\u00ba<\/strong> 3.714\/2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Esse conjunto de normas prev\u00ea, entre suas medidas, a publica\u00e7\u00e3o de um relat\u00f3rio semestral de igualdade salarial, elaborado pelas autoridades trabalhistas federais, para todas as empresas que possuem mais de 100 funcion\u00e1rios, com base em informa\u00e7\u00f5es por elas entregues mensalmente (e-Social e Portal Emprega Brasil).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Os relat\u00f3rios divulgados est\u00e3o atualizados considerando o m\u00eas de dezembro de 2025 e seguem sendo elaborados conforme metodologia pr\u00f3pria.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"padding-right:0;padding-left:0;flex-basis:50%\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Revisamos o nosso relat\u00f3rio de forma minuciosa e identificamos algumas fragilidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Foram considerados todo o universo de mulheres e homens da empresa, independentemente de n\u00edvel hier\u00e1rquico, escopo de trabalho, fun\u00e7\u00e3o efetiva, desempenho, tempo de emprego ou tempo na fun\u00e7\u00e3o, comparando trabalhadores de toda a empresa, de diferentes n\u00edveis hier\u00e1rquicos e que n\u00e3o exercem as mesmas fun\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ainda, foi utilizada a compara\u00e7\u00e3o de trabalhadores categorizados por Grandes Grupos do CBO, sem a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o precisa e detalhada, para cada cargo ocupado por homens e mulheres simultaneamente, visando a efetiva verifica\u00e7\u00e3o de diferen\u00e7as salariais injustificadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A metodologia adotada pelo MTE, portanto, n\u00e3o observou os preceitos trazidos pela Lei de Igualdade Salarial \u2013 pois n\u00e3o compara mulheres e homens que realizam trabalhos de igual valor ou exercem a mesma fun\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 e, tampouco, os requisitos que j\u00e1 vinham previstos na CLT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entretanto, a iniciativa do governo \u00e9 louv\u00e1vel, com uma lei de fundamental import\u00e2ncia que visa eliminar todas as injustificadas diferen\u00e7as salariais, sejam de g\u00eanero, ra\u00e7a, etnia ou de qualquer outra natureza, em absoluta sintonia com todas as diretrizes pol\u00edticas e procedimentos da Saipem do Brasil, com destaque para a pol\u00edtica de Diversidade e Inclus\u00e3o e pelo comit\u00ea de diversidade, existente desde 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em cumprimento aos nossos compromissos para a promo\u00e7\u00e3o de pr\u00e1ticas de inclus\u00e3o e diversidade, e \u00e0 lei de Igualdade Salarial, apresentamos o Relat\u00f3rio de Igualdade Salarial da Saipem do Brasil.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
